Why constipation after childbirth

Guiding you to a healthier path.
Constipation after natural labor may be caused by unreasonable diet, reduced postpartum activities, pelvic floor muscle relaxation and other reasons.
1. Irrational diet: If women eat too much high-fat food or eat too fine after natural labor, lack of dietary fiber intake, constipation symptoms often occur.
2. Reduced postpartum activity: After natural labor, due to reduced activity in confinement, gastrointestinal motility becomes slow, and feces remain in the intestinal tract for too long, so constipation will occur.
3. Pelvic floor muscle relaxation: Due to damage to pelvic floor muscles during natural labor, pelvic floor muscle relaxation is caused, and maternal women cannot force feces out of the body in time, which will lead to constipation.
