How to treat fundus lesions

Ocular fundus diseases include optic neuritis, macular degeneration, retinal detachment, etc. Treatment methods should be selected according to specific types:

1. Patients with optic neuritis

should pay attention to bed rest, and drink warm boiled water, which helps to maintain water electrolyte smooth muscle, and use glucocorticoid drugs such as hydrocortisone injection, hydroprednisone injection, dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection to control the development of the disease.

2. Patients with macular degeneration

should use neurotrophic agents such as methylcobalamin tablets, adenosine cobalamin tablets and vitamin B12 tablets to relieve the disease, and vitrectomy should be performed as soon as possible to relieve discomfort symptoms.

3. If the

patient's condition is mild, laser surgery can be considered. If the condition is serious, scleral interlaminar compression surgery can be performed as prescribed. Attention should be paid to maintaining eye hygiene after surgery to prevent induced infection.
