Does eye astigmatism need correction?

If the patient has severe astigmatism, resulting in decreased vision, eye pain, headache, eye swelling and other discomfort symptoms, correction is required. If

the patient is seriously ill, excimer laser refractive keratectomy, laser-assisted subepithelial keratectomy, femtosecond laser small incision stromal lens removal and other methods can be corrected.
