When do boys stop growing tall?

Dedicated to your healing journey.
In boys, height usually stops at 18 to 25 years old, but individual differences are large.
Epiphysis line is a key factor in determining height growth. Most boys experience rapid height growth in adolescence, and as they age, epiphysis line gradually closes. Usually, by 18 years old, some people begin to close epiphysis line, and height growth slows significantly. However, some people may continue to close completely until 20 or even 25 years old, during which time there may still be a small amount of height growth.
During growth and development, adequate nutrition is essential for bone growth and development. If chronic malnutrition exists, height growth may stop prematurely.
If there is doubt about height development, it is recommended to consult a professional doctor for detailed evaluation and diagnosis.
