Is there a high probability of conception during ovulation?

Empowering you to live your best life.
Ovulation
usually occurs about 14 days before the next menstrual cycle, but individual differences are large, and can be more accurately determined by basal temperature measurement, ovulation test paper detection, B-ultrasound monitoring, etc. Sperm can survive in the female reproductive tract for several days, while eggs can generally survive for 12-24 hours after expulsion. Therefore, even if it is not on the day of ovulation, a few days earlier or later, there is still a chance of conception because of sperm survival. However, if the survival time of the egg is missed, the probability of conception will be greatly reduced.
In short, although the chance of conception is greater during ovulation, successful conception requires comprehensive consideration of multiple factors, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and a good attitude. If long-term pregnancy preparation is unsuccessful, it is recommended to seek medical attention promptly, conduct relevant examinations and consultations, and clarify the reasons and take corresponding measures.
