Vomiting with blood is how to return a responsibility

Empathy in care, excellence in medicine.
Vomiting with blood may be related to gastroesophageal reflux, peptic ulcer, esophageal and cardiac mucosal tear and other factors.
1. Gastroesophageal
reflux disease refers to the reflux of gastric contents to the esophagus, which may cause irritation and damage to the esophageal mucosa, resulting in vomiting with blood.
2. Peptic ulcer
Peptic ulcer mainly refers to chronic ulcer occurring in the stomach and duodenum. It is continuously eroded by gastric acid and digestive enzymes, which may destroy submucosal blood vessels and lead to bleeding and vomiting.
3. Esophageal and cardiac mucosal
tear syndrome is spontaneous esophageal and cardiac mucosal tear caused by severe vomiting or retching. During vomiting, it may be accompanied by blood discharge.
