How does the external pressure of duodenal descending part return a responsibility

Your health, my mission. Your recovery, my joy.
The external pressure bulge of descending duodenum may be related to congenital structural abnormalities, adjacent organ lesions, abdominal surgery and other reasons.
1. Some patients with congenital structural abnormalities are born with
external pressure bulge of descending duodenum, which is considered to be caused by structural abnormalities in the embryonic development process.
2. Pathological
changes of adjacent organs such as common bile duct, pancreas and colon may lead to inflammation of surrounding tissues, which may easily compress descending duodenum and then form external pressure bulge locally.
3. Abdominal surgery
Local adhesion may occur after abdominal surgery, such as cholecystectomy and pancreatic surgery, thus compressing duodenum and forming external pressure bulge.
