After eating, gastric acid generally refers to excessive gastric acid secretion, which may be caused by improper medication, and may also be related to pyloric obstruction, gastrinoma and other diseases.
1. Improper medication
patients use ibuprofen, celecoxib, indomethacin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs after meals, resulting in continuous stimulation of gastric mucosa and increased gastric acid secretion.

Pyloric obstruction in patients with pyloric obstruction leads to food not entering pyloric intestine normally, resulting in increased gastric acid secretion.

Gastrinoma in patients with gastrinoma leads to large secretion of gastrin, which will further lead to increased gastric acid secretion.
