What is the cause of flatulence and hiccups?

Building bridges to better health.
Gastric hiccups are considered to be caused by physiological factors, functional dyspepsia, chronic gastritis and other factors, as follows:
1. Physiological factors:
eating too fast, eating a lot of air or eating too much food that is easy to produce gas, such as soy milk, carbonated drinks, etc., can cause excessive gas in the stomach, causing symptoms of gastric hiccups.
2. Functional dyspepsia
: mental stress, anxiety, high genetic and visceral sensitivity, etc., can lead to functional dyspepsia. Patients with insufficient gastric motility, food stagnation in the intestinal tract for too long, fermentation produces a large amount of gas, which can cause gastric hiccups.
3. Chronic gastritis
Helicobacter pylori infection, long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and other factors can lead to chronic gastritis. Patients with intestinal dysfunction can cause symptoms such as flatulence, hiccups, belching and decreased appetite.
