What causes chronic superficial gastric antrum inflammation?

Your well-being is my top priority.
Chronic superficial gastritis generally refers to chronic non-atrophic gastritis. The causes include Helicobacter pylori infection, drug and poison stimulation, duodenal-gastric reflux stimulation, etc.
1. Helicobacter pylori infection
can be infected through the digestive tract. After infection, Helicobacter pylori will parasitize on the surface of gastric antrum mucosal epithelial cells, which is difficult to be cleared by immune cells of the body. It can interfere with the defense and repair mechanism of gastric mucosa, improve local microenvironment, and cause inflammation.
2. Drug and poison stimulation.
Long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and smoking will destroy the protective barrier of gastric mucosa and cause chronic gastric mucosal damage.
3. Duodenal-gastric reflux stimulation
will cause gastric acid to directly contact gastric mucosa and destroy the protective barrier of gastric mucosa, causing gastric mucosal damage. Chronic superficial gastritis will be formed in this way.
