1. Follow-up review of

gastric cardia tumor includes benign tumor and malignant tumor. If it is leiomyoma, it is mostly benign tumor, and it does not need special treatment. If it is stromal tumor less than 2 cm, it can also be followed up regularly and no surgery is performed temporarily.

2. Surgery

For stromal tumor more than 2 cm, surgical resection is required. For gastric cardia cancer, the preferred treatment method is cancer resection, regional lymph node total resection, etc.

3. Chemotherapy

For advanced gastric cardia cancer that is not suitable for surgery, radiation therapy and chemotherapy can be considered to disinfect and sterilize cancer cells. Commonly used chemicals are fluorouracil, cyclophosphamide and doxorubicin, etc., which need to be used reasonably under the guidance of doctors.
