Chronic gastroenteritis can generally be diagnosed by clinical manifestations, gastroscopy and enteroscopy.
1. Clinical manifestations
If the patient has long-term upper abdominal pain, abdominal distension, postprandial satiety or early satiety, diarrhea or constipation, it is considered to be related to chronic gastroenteritis.
2. Gastroscopy
