Duodenal ulcer stage A2 refers to endoscopic findings of multiple ulcers in the duodenal bulb, and ulcer surface necrosis, surrounded by obvious congestion, edema phenomenon. It is mainly caused by factors such as Helicobacter pylori infection, taking drugs, and hyperacidity.
1. Helicobacter pylori infection
is an important cause of this disease. Clinically, 90%-100% of patients with duodenal ulcer stage A2 are accompanied by Helicobacter pylori infection.
2. Taking drugs
If long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, glucocorticoids, chemotherapy drugs, etc., may damage the intestinal mucosa and induce duodenal ulcer stage A2.
3. Hyperacidity
If acid secretion is excessive, it can continuously stimulate the intestinal mucosa and cause duodenal ulcer stage A2.
