Autoimmune pancreatitis can be classified according to the speed of disease progression and severity of the disease. General autoimmune pancreatitis can be diagnosed by past history and clinical manifestations, pancreatic B-ultrasound examination, serological examination, etc.
Autoimmune pancreatitis can be divided into acute autoimmune pancreatitis and chronic autoimmune pancreatitis if classified according to the speed of disease
progression.2
. Severity of the disease When
classified according to the severity of the patient's condition, autoimmune pancreatitis can be divided into mild, moderate and severe pancreatitis.
II. Diagnosis
1. Past medical history and clinical manifestations
If the patient has autoimmune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc., and suddenly appears persistent middle and upper abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms, it is more likely to be related to autoimmune pancreatitis.
2. Pancreatic B-ultrasound examination In
pancreatic B-ultrasound examination, if it shows diffuse pancreatic enlargement dominated by low echo, it should also be suspected to be related to autoimmune pancreatitis.
3. Serological examination
: serum amylase is significantly increased, and serum IgG4 level is significantly higher than normal, it is considered to be caused by autoimmune pancreatitis.
