What is esophageal mucosal disease?

Empathy in every care, excellence in every treatment.
Esophageal mucosa lesions refers to inflammation, ulcer and hyperplasia of esophageal mucosa after stimulation.
1. Inflammation is
clinically common with reflux esophagitis, inflammatory damage of esophageal mucosa caused by gastric and duodenal contents flowing back into the esophagus, often manifested as erosion and congestion of esophageal mucosa.
2. Ulcer
ulcer occurs on the basis of esophagitis, often complicated with bleeding. Usually due to repeated stimulation of gastric acid flowing back into the esophagus, or frequent use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
3.
Hyperplasia of esophageal mucosa Pathological manifestations include mild dysplasia, moderate dysplasia and severe dysplasia. Hyperplasia is generally caused by chronic inflammation, and long-term chronic inflammation stimulation may lead to cancer, requiring timely treatment.
