Pancreatic pain may be caused by acute pancreatitis, chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic cancer and other reasons. Different causes, the specific location of pain is also slightly different.
1. Acute pancreatitis
patients mainly show pain in the upper left abdomen. As the disease progresses, the pain can radiate to the waist and back. If it causes peritonitis, it can cause total abdominal pain.
2. Chronic pancreatitis
patients mainly show upper abdominal pain, which can spread to the back as the pain intensifies.
3. Pancreatic cancer
patients often show upper abdominal discomfort or dull pain, dull pain, swelling pain, etc. Persistent, progressive upper abdominal pain, or persistent waist and back pain may occur as the disease progresses.
