Farts may be a precursor to indigestion, irritable bowel syndrome, enteritis and other diseases.
1. Indigestion
food digestion process may be decomposed by bacteria in the intestine and produce gases, such as carbon dioxide, methane, hydrogen, etc. When suffering from indigestion, food stays in the stomach for a long time, and the amount of gas produced will also increase, so there may always be farting phenomenon.
2. The
balance of intestinal flora in patients with irritable bowel syndrome may be broken, and excessive growth of some intestinal bacteria will lead to excessive gas production in the intestine, which will eventually be excreted in the form of farting.
3. When
enteritis occurs, the intestinal mucosa will be stimulated by inflammation, which may lead to abnormal contraction of intestinal muscles, affecting normal digestion and peristaltic function. This abnormal intestinal movement may lead to food staying in the intestine for too long, fermentation will produce excessive gas, causing always farting symptoms.
