Is the anterior or posterior wall of the placenta better?

Placenta anterior wall and posterior wall are refers to the placenta attachment position, both are normal position, but relatively speaking placenta posterior wall is better, because placenta anterior wall baby may suffer loss, thus will increase the probability of abortion, usually to rest more, regular pregnancy check.
