How is hypertension graded?

Hypertension is classified according to the blood pressure value of the body. Clinically, it is divided into three levels, i.e., the diagnostic criteria for grade 1 hypertension are 140-159/90-99mmHg; the blood pressure value of grade 2 hypertension is 160-179/100-109mmHg; when the blood pressure value is ≥180mmHg/110mmHg, it can be diagnosed as grade 3 hypertension. If hypertension is diagnosed, patients should take antihypertensive drugs on time according to medical advice.
