What should hepatitis test?

Hepatitis needs to do the examination items include blood routine examination, liver biochemical examination, liver imaging examination, etc.

1. Blood routine examination

All patients with hepatitis need to do blood routine examination. If the patient is viral hepatitis, the blood routine examination results may show a relative increase in lymphocytes; if it is acute, there may be elevated white blood cells; if it is severe hepatitis, there will be high white blood cells, low hemoglobin and red blood cells.

2. Liver biochemical examination

If hepatitis or liver function damage is suspected, liver biochemical examination can be performed. Different types of hepatitis can see abnormal increase in liver enzyme levels.

3. Liver imaging examination The

preferred imaging examination is B-ultrasound examination. Through B-ultrasound examination, liver swelling, fat infiltration and other manifestations can be seen. In severe cases, liver fibrosis or cirrhosis can be seen.
