Differential diagnosis of acute liver failure

Your health, my mission. Your recovery, my joy.
Acute liver failure is usually referred to as acute liver failure. The differential diagnosis of acute liver failure mainly includes clinical symptoms, laboratory examinations, pathological tissue biopsies, etc.
1. Clinical symptoms
If the patient has no history of liver disease, but has long-term exposure to alcohol, drugs, poisons, etc., and suddenly has obvious symptoms such as fatigue, greasy, nausea, etc., it can be highly suspected of acute liver failure.
2. Laboratory examinations
If abnormal liver function is found, prothrombin time is prolonged, prothrombin activity is reduced, etc., it can be preliminarily judged as acute liver failure.
3. Pathological tissue
biopsies If necrotic liver tissue is found, it can be directly diagnosed as acute liver failure.
