Hepatitis A

is an acute infectious disease caused by hepatitis A virus infection. If the patient's economy allows, it is generally recommended that patients be vaccinated with inactivated vaccine. Since inactivated vaccine is obtained from live hepatitis A virus through artificial treatment, it maintains good immunity, higher safety and longer duration. Generally, it can be maintained for about 20 years. Therefore, compared with attenuated vaccine, inactivated vaccine for hepatitis A virus is generally recommended.
