Low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions hpv positive is what disease

Your health, my mission. Your recovery, my joy.
If TCT examination shows low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions, HPV is positive, which means that the patient has precancerous lesions. However, the grade of precancerous lesions is relatively low, and the probability of natural regression is relatively high. If the patient's HPV infection is not high-risk type 16 and 18, it can be observed for 3-6 months and then reexamined, or it can be reexamined after 3 - 6 months of treatment with interferon and Baofukang suppository. If the patient has high-risk HPV types 16 and 18, the risk of developing cervical cancer is relatively high, so further colposcopy is recommended. If there is a problem with colposcopy, further biopsy or cervical conization is performed to rule out cervical cancer. If these exclusions are not problematic, the patient can be reexamined 3-6 months later; if there is a problem, the next treatment plan is determined according to the pathological results.
