HPV virus refers to human papilloma virus, HPV 82 positive refers to HPV subtype 82 virus infection, belongs to high-risk infection. HPV is closely related to cervical cancer virus, if infected with high-risk virus, without active treatment, there may be slow progression to cervical cancer. Therefore, if the patient detects HPV 82 positive, tct screening should be carried out. If tct is normal, it can be reexamined six months later. If HPV 82 continues to be positive, further antiviral treatment is required. If it turns negative after one year, observation can be continued. If tct is positive, colposcopy and cervical biopsy should be performed to further confirm the diagnosis.
