Can urticaria be contagious?

Urticaria occurs because allergens enter the body to produce antibodies. When allergens reappear, they combine with antibodies to induce allergic symptoms. This lesion will cause paroxysmal wheals on the skin and obvious itching. This lesion is not an infectious disease, so it is not infectious.
