13-valent pneumonia is a 13-valent vaccine for pneumonia. It is suitable for infants aged 6 to 15 weeks. If the first dose is not given after six months, subsequent booster injections cannot be given. This vaccine is mainly used for bacteremic pneumonia, meningitis, sepsis and bacteremia. It only has active immunity against pneumococcal serotypes contained in the vaccine to prevent diseases caused by pneumococcal serotypes. Infants need to be observed for more than half an hour after vaccination. They can go home without abnormality. Some infants will show adverse reactions after vaccination, which will generally subside after 2-3 days. If the symptoms do not subside, they need to go to the hospital for treatment in time.
