Second retinal detachment

According to the scope and degree of retinal detachment, it is divided into partial detachment and complete detachment, which is mostly caused by high myopia, ocular trauma or strenuous exercise. After retinal detachment, it is mainly treated by surgery. In the early stage, retinal laser photocoagulation can be used to seal the hole. Patients with large detachment range can be treated by vitrectomy.
