How to Check Lungs

Building bridges to better health.
Lung examination can be divided into the following aspects: 1. Physical examination. Listening to the lungs, palpation and percussion are the most basic lung examinations. The stethoscope alone can distinguish the respiratory sounds of the lungs, whether there is thickening, dry and wet rales or whether the breathing is weakened. After percussion and palpation, it can be found whether there is asymmetric movement of the lungs, or solid sounds and dullness of the lungs, which can also prompt clinical lesions. 2. Laboratory examination and imaging examination. Laboratory examination can draw blood for blood routine examination, mycoplasma pneumonia or chlamydia, and can also check lung tumor indicators. Imaging examination is mostly CT, enhanced CT, PET-CT of lung, and invasive examination, that is, fiberoptic bronchoscopy examination, especially imaging examination, which needs to be selected according to the needs of the disease.
