Pulmonary fungal infection is an opportunistic infection, which is rarely seen in normal people, mainly because of long-term use of broad-spectrum antibacterial drugs or long-term use of glucocorticoids, as well as tumor patients using immunosuppressants and immunodeficient patients such as AIDS, which are relatively low immunity, thus causing pulmonary fungal infection. Pulmonary fungal infections are mainly clinically manifested as dry cough and chest pain. When the lesion is extensive, it may show difficulty breathing, wheezing, and even respiratory failure. The diagnosis of pulmonary fungal infections still requires clinical microbial examination and histopathological data. To be diagnosed, once a fungal infection is diagnosed, active antifungal treatment is required.
