What does lung mass mean?

If benign lesions, can be anti-inflammatory and other symptomatic treatment, can reduce or completely treat lung mass. If malignant lesions, generally need to fight for surgery, postoperative with radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy and other comprehensive treatment.
