What does the left lung cord mean?

Guiding you towards wellness.
The left lung striae usually refer to the fibrous striae of the left lung. For the fibrous striae of the lung, they normally represent benign lesions, and most of them represent old lesions of the lung. For example, pneumonia may sometimes be incompletely absorbed, resulting in striae of the left lung, especially in the left lung lingual lobe. Because the bronchial drainage of the left lung lingual lobe is relatively poor, it is easier to show incomplete absorption of pneumonia. In addition, the left pulmonary cord lesion may also be a sequela left by tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is different from ordinary pneumonia. Most pulmonary tuberculosis lung lesions are incomplete absorption. There may be left pulmonary fibrous cord lesions, nodular lesions and other related conditions, and even left pulmonary bronchiectasis.
