Balanitis is caused by infection, trauma and stimulation. It can cause local redness, erosion and ulcers. It should be admitted to hospital for secretion smear examination, urine routine examination and bacterial culture examination. Suggestions: personal hygiene should be done at ordinary times, underwear should be changed frequently, and fresh fruits and vegetables should be eaten more.
