However, due to the uncertainty of sputum excretion in tuberculosis patients, sometimes the positive rate of tuberculin test is relatively low, sputum samples can be taken early, middle and late and randomly to improve the positive rate, and bronchoscopy can be used to further investigate the diagnosis of tuberculosis.
