Normal stool is yellow soft stool. If stool is blood or purulent, or black, or stool dry, it is abnormal stool, generally 3 times a day, 3 days 1 time, are normal stool. If the number of defecations a day exceeds this range, that is abnormal. For example, if the number of defecations more than 3 times a day, it may be intestinal inflammation or functional dyspepsia or tumor, if the number of defecations less than 3 days 1 time, constipation.
