Children with ankylosing spondylitis, most of which are caused by genetic or immune or metabolic factors. Ankylosing spondylitis is not completely cured, but it can be cured clinically, mainly through physical therapy and medical intervention to control the symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis and relieve inflammation. If the patient has severe hunched back or spinal deformity, corrective surgery may be required after the condition stabilizes.
