What is the normal blood pressure of 19 years old?

Guiding you with care, every step of the way.
Blood pressure can be divided into systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. The normal value of systolic blood pressure at the age of 19 is 90-139mmHg, and diastolic blood pressure is 60-89mmHg.
Adult blood pressure is usually stable. At rest, systolic blood pressure is within 90-139mmHg, and diastolic blood pressure is within 60-89mmHg. This range is suitable for 19-year-olds. However, blood pressure will be affected by diet, mood and other factors. If drinking irritating drinks such as coffee, strong tea, or alcohol, or violent mood fluctuations, blood pressure will increase, and it will drop to the normal range in the later period.
If blood pressure is measured at rest, three measurements at different times exceed the normal range, it may be hypertension.
