Retroperitoneal stromal tumor is a mesenchymal tissue-derived tumor. It is essentially a malignant tumor. According to the size and pathological results of the tumor, stromal tumors can be divided into extremely low risk, low risk, moderate risk and high risk grades. Extremely low risk and low risk postoperative recurrence and metastasis probability is relatively small, postoperative close follow-up can be done. Moderate risk or high risk patients, postoperative targeted drug adjuvant therapy should be given.
