How are kidney nodules formed?

Renal nodules are local hardening and calcification of organs. They are calcareous deposits caused by repeated attacks of inflammation. They are generally benign lesions. According to the nature of renal nodules, they are divided into benign and malignant ones. Inflammation can cause granulomatous nodules; calcium salt deposits can form pathological calcified nodules; other genetic changes can cause renal tumor nodules.
