Mitral valve stenosis with insufficiency

For the treatment of mitral stenosis with insufficiency, benzathine penicillin for injection, furosemide tablets, warfarin sodium tablets and other drugs are often used.

1. Benzathine penicillin

for injection streptococci infection caused by autoimmune disease, is the main cause of mitral stenosis with insufficiency. Benzathine penicillin for injection is mainly used to prevent rheumatic fever recurrence and control streptococci infection. However, patients with a history of penicillin allergy or patients with positive skin test should not use it.

2. furosemide tablets

mitral stenosis with insufficiency may develop pulmonary edema and heart failure, while furosemide tablets can help improve such symptoms. The drug should be used at a minimum dose. If large doses or long-term use, electrolyte disorders, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms can be caused.

3. warfarin sodium tablets

Warfare sodium tablets can effectively prevent the formation and development of thrombosis, and can effectively treat mitral stenosis with insufficiency. Patients with severe hypertension, recent surgery, pregnancy should not use it.
