Left renal pelvis separation

Left hydronephrosis is usually seen in patients with hydronephrosis. Left hydronephrosis causes renal pelvis dilatation and causes renal pelvis separation. Therefore, if the left hydronephrosis is shown in the color Doppler report, it normally indicates the presence of left hydronephrosis. The most common cause of left hydronephrosis is due to left urinary tract obstruction. Common causes such as congenital pyeloureter stricture, ureteral stones or abdominal mass compression of ureter cause left hydronephrosis. For patients presenting with left renal pelvis separation, urological examination should be performed to determine the specific factors causing obstruction. The principle of treatment for this condition is to relieve obstruction in time, so as to relieve hydronephrosis as soon as possible and return the renal pelvis to normal shape.
