How is adrenal gland thickening caused?

Our normal adrenal gland is invisible on CT, if it can be found on CT, it means that there is a certain small problem with the adrenal gland, either showing adrenal tumor, or showing adrenal hyperplasia, adrenal gland thickening, equivalent to adrenal gland morphology becomes larger, volume becomes larger. If the adrenal gland is thickened and there are no corresponding clinical symptoms, such as hypertension, hypokalemia, palpitation, chest tightness, etc., we do not need to deal with it. We can review B-ultrasound or CT regularly. If the adrenal gland is thickened and the corresponding clinical symptoms, then medical treatment or surgery is needed.
