Double renal cysts can be treated, but should first go to the urology department for urinary ct examination, after ct to determine the size and location of the cyst. For double renal cysts as long as it is not polycystic kidney, if sporadic need ct judgment, generally first deal with the cyst larger side, and generally small side temporarily do not need any treatment. If the cyst is small, less than four centimeters, both sides are small, only need to go to the urology department regularly review b ultrasound or ct can. If one side is larger than 4 cm, resulting in waist soreness, waist swelling and compression of the renal pelvis resulting in hydronephrosis, laparoscopic renal cyst decompression can be performed. Generally, the contralateral side does not need to be treated temporarily. If both sides are larger, the larger side can be treated first.
