Renal tumors are classified into benign and malignant tumors. Benign renal tumors, mainly including renal hamartoma, renal fibroma, renal adenoma, etc., are often asymptomatic in clinical practice, most of them are accidentally discovered by pyelography or ultrasound examination, and a few patients may cause macroscopic hematuria or acute abdomen due to hemorrhage or rupture within the tumor, sometimes requiring emergency surgery. Renal cancer is mainly renal cell carcinoma, about half of the patients were found in physical examination, late typical clinical symptoms are hematuria, lumbago, abdominal mass of renal triad, some patients can show paraneoplastic syndrome, such as hypertension, fever, erythrocyte sedimentation rate increased, etc.
