How to judge yourself for angina pectoris

Passionate about making a difference.
Angina can be self-identified by chest pain characteristics, triggers, and accompanying symptoms, as follows:
1. Chest pain characteristics
Angina is often characterized by severe and persistent chest pain, such as pressure, tightness, pain, or burning. Pain can be in the center or left side of the chest, or it can radiate to the neck, jaw, left arm, or back of the shoulder.
2. Trigger factors
Angina is usually triggered by activity or emotional agitation, and relieved after rest. If the patient's chest pain triggers are similar to those described above, angina may be present.
3. Accompanying symptoms
Angina can also be accompanied by other symptoms, such as difficulty breathing, sweating, nausea, vomiting, or dizziness. If the above symptoms occur, angina may occur.
