What to do with Achilles tendon rupture

Restoring health, restoring hope.
A closed partial Achilles tendon rupture, which is rare after Achilles tendon rupture, can be fixed with a magnetic strip in the ankle joint suspension position for 4-6 weeks, and then strengthened functional exercise, which can be repaired by itself. Complete rupture should be operated early or minimally invasive suture or repair of Achilles tendon rupture, and fixed with a magnetic strip in the knee and ankle joint plantar flexion position after operation. Functional exercise should be started after 4-6 weeks. Open Achilles tendon injury should be repaired early in principle. If there is tension in skin suture, skin flap transfer can be used to cover Achilles tendon. Old Achilles tendon complete rupture should be treated surgically.
