Sinus rhythm clockwise shift to the right axis indicates that the pacing point of the heart is normally located in the sinus node, but the ECG shows that the electrical axis of the heart is shifted to the right, and the deviation exceeds the normal range, indicating that the electrical activity of the heart is closer to the right.
Usually, the electrical axis of the heart is pointed to the lower left, that is, the electrical axis is shifted to the right, and the electrical axis should be between-30° and +90°. If the deviation exceeds this range, it is called clockwise shift. The reasons for sinus rhythm clockwise shift to the right axis may be various, including cardiac structural abnormalities, lung diseases, myocardial diseases, electrolyte disorders, etc. Specific diagnosis also needs to be combined with the patient's clinical symptoms, signs and other examination results for comprehensive analysis.
