MRI of proximal femur is recommended to be performed. MRI indicates local T2 high signal shadow. The patient is advised to reduce weight bearing and exercise as much as possible. At the same time, oral treatment with drugs to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, edema will gradually disappear within one to two months. After one to two months, MRI examination should be performed again to evaluate the outcome of the disease.
