Preparation of tetanus antitoxin skin test

The preparation used in the skin test of tetanus antitoxin is mainly to take about 0.1 ml of tetanus vaccine and 0.9 ml of normal saline. After mixing according to this ratio, smear it on the patient's forearm for experiment. The observation time of skin test is about 15 minutes to 20 minutes.
