What does syphilis TPPA positive mean?

General TPPA is a test as a definite diagnosis of syphilis. The accuracy of TPPA should be quite high, the specificity and sensitivity are quite high, and the false positive rate does not exceed 1-2‰. To diagnose syphilis, TPPA must be tested. RPR, i.e. rapid plasma reagin test, or Trust test, must be tested at the same time as syphilis. For example, patients with syphilis, after regular treatment, RPR and Trust may be negative, but TPPA is mostly positive, after more than 3 years of reexamination, if tppa shows positive, RPR or Trust has been negative, this patient can be judged cured.
