Is it normal to have a high fever after blood transfusion?

Persistent high fever after blood transfusion is abnormal. You should immediately see a regular hospital for blood tests; if fever caused by inflammation infection is /confirm/ied, antibiotics, fever and other drugs should be used as prescribed; you should also drink plenty of hot water or fresh fruit juice to maintain the balance of water and electrolytes in the body.
